big bang?
can someone please explain the theory of the "big bang" and how people came to this conclusion? (I am a Christian, because I know how in the Bible. Make the big bang, but …)
The idea came from the big bang an independent George Lemaitre (a priest from Belgium and the man who gets more credit) and Alexander Friedmann (a Russian meteorologist) who realized that was a consequence of Einstein's theory of general relativity. Has not been widely accepted at the time – the idea that the universe is infinite and eternal, was the prevailing view, and there were some problems such as the universe does not have a problem with it! Vesto Slipher observed galaxies show a red Doppler shift, indicating that away from us then Edwin Hubble was able to demonstrate that not only the decrease in other galaxies, but in that once that has been created, much work has been to begin to refine Work and Friedmann, Lemaître did and put it on a firmer basis (including the preparation of why matter exists). A key element in any scientific theory is the ability to predict things, and great big bang prediction is that there must be a background radiation in the universe, with a temperature of – so – called "echoes the big bang. "This background radiation was discovered by Penzias and Wilson in 1965 and is one of the most important test of the big bang. There are many others, such as accurately predicting the relative amounts of hydrogen, helium and lithium in the universe. I do not think anyone could argue that the theory is perfect, but now is the best we have. Incidentally, the man who had the idea of "big bang" is a fervent Christian who does not seem to have a problem reconciling their scientific work, their beliefs religious – he says "it began to do with the light .."
