I measure my pulse with my fingers and 100 bpm on my machine do its 120bpm say?
Is this seriously iam worried. : (I am 25 years and over weight but not obese.
If you exercise, I think that is not to worry. You should check your pulse and see what the rate is at rest. Ideally, it should be around 60, but nothing to worry about, unless it has more than 100 shots, it's too fast. If the rest rate is above 80, it means that your health is poor.
