What is a memory foam mattress?

Memory foam is made from a polyurethane material. In order to increase its density, other chemicals are added which increases its viscosity. The combination of chemicals used determines the nature of the visco-elastic polyurethane foam and depending on the mix, foam has the characteristic to be stronger and mild temperatures in hot environments. Higher density memory foam reacts to body heat. Reacts in a way that in a few minutes, the product forms around the shape of the body. In 1970, NASA developed the use of memory foam in its space program. In the hope that with the distribution capacity uniform pressure of the foam, the phenomenon is extreme G-force support. Memory foam is currently used in many commercial products such as mattresses, Toppers, pillows and mattresses, support for sleeping position, office furniture, automobile seat padding, children's shoes, cribs, car seats, wheelchair cushions, where applicable, tennis racket handles and more.
