The Power of Kindness

If people are kind to each other? Depends what you mean by "gender". Most of us confuse gender be kind. Many people are good, but they are not nice. "Nice" is when you are kind to someone in person, you can criticize them behind their backs. "Nature" when treating people with respect and compassion, regardless of who they are and what we do. Bondad includes empathy and attention. Kindness is not something you gives people who deserve it. Kindness is a state of mind to choose and develop. You either expressed or not. Be kind to another person a statement about you, not they.
Gossip is hurtful. If people talk behind his back, laugh at them and criticize them, you're wrong. To tell you that what we deserve, but once again the gossip is a comment from you, not them. The auditor should talk to your attention, as he / she may be the next "victim" their gossip. The Gossip is so cruel as to mock or criticize directly to someone. Whether your family, your workplace, or another group, is extremely destructive gossip. Creates distrust and negativity. It creates a mentality of us against them. Creates conflict. Each person is a party group. If you have problems
a person, it hurts the group – and you hurt yourself. Unkindness races unkindness.
How to manage conflicts that person? This person takes responsibility for asking, "How could I – I have contributed to this problem? "Then you must try to understand the other person, not the analysis in his head, but wondering how you feel and what you think. You make sure you treat that person with respect and care. If you are really a person, then there is someone who does not deserve your kindness.
Being good is totally ineffective when it comes to conflict management. As well, to say nothing because you do not want to offend the other person. Type can be cruel. If my employee is late for the poor, or to find others to avoid confronting evil is to him, myself, and for the group. The kind that I can do is discuss the matter with my staff without trial and with compassion.
Poor performers to damage the entire world around them, including themselves. Nobody should get their working life they do not or are not good. I have seen leaders to be harmful to them same retention of employees who do their work and stress, which appears to be their energy. When I asked why, the answer is something like: "He has a family to support. I do not want to take away from him. "It is not goodness. It is good that people know what is expected of them. It's good to help them meet these expectations. If we can not measure up to the task, it is good to find another place for them. If no place is good to help them out with dignity and provide help to find the place they falls at work.
Early in my career, I had three heads in succession. The former did not care if five or ten minutes late. I put in a lot of overtime and got the job. It was beautiful and it was nice. The second manager come to me often late, smile and greet me. After one year of being nice to me when I arrived at the end, he wrote late in my assessment as a problem. That was rude. The third director, after receiving I take a couple of times, asked me if everything was ok. Is there a reason why I need to be late? In the search for no reason, I was informed that any delay would result in future of my salary docked. It is your job to manage the contract and the contract says it had to be there eight hours, she was not beautiful, but she was very nice. I've never been a time later. You do not have great results in people who are kind. Kindness allows people to know that care and you're ready to go far to get things done. The third manager was a directive style. Goodness has little to do with that. If you are strict or more relaxed, people do not know if you care about them.
May be more difficult to be kind to his family. You can not fire. Even if you can shoot your spouse, the effects are long. Given these realities, it is even more important to be nice to his family. Kindness is the acceptance of family members as they are. Can not determine the lifestyle, race, economic status, religion or family members to choose. The kind thing to do is to set clear limits. Taking responsibility his family and stop blaming your feelings. Be clear about what you do not. Be yourself with no problem at all other notices. Kindness does not mean that you intend be someone who is adopted throughout the world. It would be cruel to you. Keep a distance if you must, and if you do, do it with kindness.
We are often more cruel to we. What thoughts you allow your mind? Are the ideas of suspicion to others? Suspicious play in the thoughts in our minds, we're wrong them. Very often, we suspect that no other reasons that simply does not exist. Leave your head and talk to people. When there is no communication, the spirit is required to fill the void with their own imaginations. Unfortunately, the imagination tends to be cruel to us and fair to others. These thoughts affect our behavior and push people away from us. Honestly assess the people around you. Not willing to be injured and not use the actions of others as a reason to criticize and condemn. The People do things derogatory, it's a fact. The question is: "Am I wrong?" I want to be? "
Honest self-evaluation is needed. Self-criticism is not. Being overly critical is cruel and ineffective. Refusing to use the criticism as an excuse to prove that wrong or unworthy. You are kind to you when you take responsibility for their thoughts and actions, and then take corrective action.
Why should I – what? Kindness breeds kindness. Any act of kindness to construct, strengthen relationships and add value to the group. Any act of unkindness, no matter how you justify it, the tears, the deterioration of relations, and drains group. Pragmatically speaking, the nature makes you effective. It makes you strong group.
The question for many is whether some people deserve our love. This is the question wrong. This is not any merit, is knowing who you are. You're the type or if they are not nice. There is no justification for unkindness. Only self-indignation, feeling that you have the moral high ground and use this position as a justification for an attack verbally or physically, it's cruel. Religious beliefs do not give you license to be bad. Moral norms do not justify unkindness. Both the radio and the right of the left radius are derogatory. His tirades and no negative effect to add any asset. It is only their moments of rationality and real discount questioned current practices and current political leaders who add value. His sneering putdowns and create a default and devaluation of others. It may be the kind of criticism and other ideas and behaviors. Perhaps the problem is that most of people are not good enough to be entertaining.
Are you kind? You see yourself as a person? If you're really kind are to be effective and strong. You are a positive influence in any group. Your kindness is a shining example. It also adds to their joy, their peace and ability to give and receive love. If you are in higher rate good for all concerned for their selfish goals. The long-term impact of the goodness that is often not the rewards that await them. Kindness is a powerful effect. It is a tone in the groups that promote strong ties between people. Knowing that kindness is the norm, people feel free to speak and work for the common good. Thanks to the goodness of the creation of meaning. Do not worry about being nice, being kind.
