We are sitting Too Much

We spend an average of almost eight hours and four hours a day sitting watching television, playing computer games and surfing the internet. and recreational activities.

Not surprisingly, many studies have shown that people who spend a lot of two and three times the rate of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome have a higher mortality rate. In fact, the impact of inactivity caused by prolonged periods of sitting is bad for health, such as snuff or high cholesterol.
