How much time is already used for a good cooking oil on the left, but not refrigerated covered?
I did not fried in oil, almost 2 months. I used to fry chicken 2-3 times, but have not used since. Was included in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia-daddy kitchen, not in the refrigerator. Is store brand of pure vegetable oil, if it makes a difference. Oil is still good to use for cooking or should I start?
EC – I do not use the oil after of 2 months. Start the next with a new cooking oil when cooking oil finished stock for a piece of muslin cloth to clean the fryer and return oil to cover and save for another time. if the strain after each frying oil, which should last about a month.If to use oil for frying onions or fish should be kept in a container other than your fryer.
